traffic is SLOW, real SLOW

i bought vip account, set site visits to 120k/day
set all houst from 5k to 10k
but traffic goes real slow, what i do wrong ?

2 set it fast yes
but i can't even spend my points fast, all i get is about 100 hits per hour
i need about 3-5k per hour
please help me what i do wrong ?

nothing change.
i have a VIP, and credits
set hourly limits from 3000 to 5000
but all i see it's just less than 100 hits
what i do wrong ?

IPv4 only, so, in other words, for IPv4 i can get only about 1-4k daily ? Right ?
