skip google ads results

hi guys,
I need to find a way to skip/ignore google ads links from the google result pages.
maybe it would help to skip the first link which is shown in the result pages? any idea?

it still come to mind as a possible solution?
The Marco recognizes the same target link twice on a page. The first hit is ignored and only the second clicked?
