Hi there, Im so sorry for the issue there days, 9Hits is growing up it's database too much and I have to facing a lot of issues. Im working day by day to redesign the system and It may affected to you while im trying to find the best solution.
Im so sorry about your inconvenient but to get the system back and keep it more stable in the future. It is need to redesign.
