How you know when its a vps or house pc?
By a quiality/reputation IP filters?
With PC features? If you have a Xeon processor or a domestic one?
I dont know a real form to do it so I think this will be Hard....

So for 9hits its same you use vps or personal pc, he dont know when you are control pc through Rdp

The best cheap alternative is get system compenets and filter it to got a server hardware / personal hardware

And best alternative is use a black lists page like "getipintel.net" they dont say price and with a free api you only can use 15 filtres per minute / 500 per day.
Contact with the web master to know that but 9hits....

Hmm, It is around 10k and more. The limit is to low. It can not be use in 9Hits with their free API

I have an easy solution. It uses Selenium atm because I don't know what language and method you use for your browser. But it will give you a number of 0-100. 0 Meaning it is a real IP and 100 meaning it is not. Just have each IP do this when it is used for the first time. Then you can mark IPs are Real or Proxy. I tested it with 500 different proxies, and it let each one test its self just fine.
