You can manually convert cPanel email to PST file using Outlook email client. First of all, add cPanel email account in Outlook and then export cPanel email to PST file. Follow the below given steps to do it-
1. Launch Outlook application on your system.
2. Go to File tab and click on Add Account.
3. Enter cPanel email address and click on let me set up my account manually.
4. Select IMAP from the various options.
5. Enter IMAP details of cPanel account.
6. Type password of cPanel email account and click Connect.
7. Now, navigate to File >> Open & Export >> Import/Export.
8. Select export to a File and click o Next.
9. Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and press Next.
10. Choose cPanel mailbox folders and press Finish to complete the process.
