BROWSER ERROR CODE (193)

Hi guys,
I am new here in 9hits.
After installing flash player, download and configure 9hits viewer and run 9hits traffic bot, I have the following message: ERROR BROWSER: Can not open browser with error code (193). :shock: :shock:
I installed adobe flash player PPAPI for the CROME browser. for windows 7, 32 bit, java the recent update
I have a laptop free of viruses, 9hits has exception in my antivirus, download 9hits traffic bot 32 bit

may java not insttaled or Flash player NPAPI

I already installed net framework + Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008 Redistributable and update my 32 bit windows 7 but I still have the problem. I thank you for your concern to solve the problem.
