Visits per hour per LINK

Right now I have 42 slots with 3-15 links per slot.
And when I need update one slot deleting a 1 link I need update vistits per hour.
Example.
Need 200v per hour but this slot has 10 links.
Well I need put 2000v per hour.

But If I want to update this slot and only delete or add 1 link I need change this number all time and is little disgusting with 42 slots

So a option like use visits per link/slot will help a lot

Then I can select 200v per hour and all this links will get 200v per hour

Hmm, It seem quite complicate to implement, I will review the system if it is possible .
