Update the 9Hits Viewer 2.3.8

Hi there, as a part of upgrading the system, the 9hits viewer 2.3.8 has been released, here are the changes:
- Measure connection speed
- Measure performance
- The cookies have now been retained
- Multi-Session Manager has now required at least one System session
- Fixed special characters for Typing function (., @, etc.)
- You can now set speed for Typing, see the using macros page.

Please update the viewer to the latest version, you may find the download links and the patch from the 9Hits panel.

To improve the 9hits traffic quality, as well as encourage members to send quality traffic, the rule for point earning rate will be set base on your traffic quality.

THIS RULE IS CURRENTLY NOT APPLIED YET. IT WILL BE APPLIED ON 2019-07-06

The rules would be:
:arrow: If the IP is low quality (Proxy, Blacklisted, VPN.): -0.1

:arrow: Connection Speed
+ Medium: -0.1
+ Slow: -0.2

:arrow: Performance
+ Medium: -0.1
+ Slow: -0.2

You can see your session state on the Viewer Session page.
Because the old versions don't measure for speed, performance so it would be marked as bad speed, performance, to avoid losing your earning, please update to the latest version!

Thank Daniel, in my opinion, keep system session required together with 9hits proxies is the best solution!
