The 9Hits Viewer program stopped working

Hello.
I ask for help. The 9Hits Viewer program stopped working.
A program in Use System mode writes an error: Can not connect to the 9Hits server.
What can be done?

what is your system and in what conditions this error is produced?

if you were in windows there's a BAT file '9hits_start.bat ' it should terminate all active sessions and restart it
please revise your CPU usage some use for multiple sessions 100% I advise you using 2% per session
