hmm No...
Try this. reboot you vps/computer and dont do anything.
9hits will open on a virtual desktop automatic and restart (every 30m), reboot automatic too (at 11:55pm).

Wait some minutes and see if 9hits is working

That is a little problem what I need fix.

You need put (with root):
crontab -e
Select you favorite text editor (I prefer nano)
and put a # on first lane

Save it and then put:
/root/reboot.sh

To start it again: same but now delete this # and reboot again
/root/reboot.sh
