question about referrer

if i set refrerrer to site.com and when traffic CLICKS on the site, what referrer is used on click ?
i see that referrer used when traffic first time visits the site, ok. but how bots clicks ? which one referrer is used and can i set a custom referrer just for clicks ?

the referer is only for the website visite
REFERER > WEBSITE > CLICK
