Problem: No USA traffic?

All the websites i configured to receive traffic only from USA are getting no visitors at all since yesterday.
What's going on?
9hits is becoming worse every day very quickly...

And it doesn't end here. I have websites configured to receive a total of around 100 visitors per day, and when i just checked, it received more than 2000 visitors. And the 9hits panel isn't even counting them.
9hits is totally broken right now.
Is this just happening to me?
