hmmm
I prefer use Ubuntu or Debian, is a lot more simple than Centos.
But if you want use centos, try that:

yum -y install xrdp tigervnc-server
systemctl start xrdp
firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=3389/tcp
firewall-cmd --reload

And try connect to centos via windows rpd

If this dont work I recommend you use ubuntu or Debian, I will can help you much more than CentOs
