@daniel not recieving hits and points also since last 5hours , please fix it , its crashing and also to check i change the settings to all countries and 5 minutes to repeat ip , but still recieved 0 hits , and i mean even in 9hits panel i see 0 hits delieverd since 5hrs , please fix it :?: :?:

I think its only Frequency Capping what is working bad
Its not capping and sending bad visits

Me too, all my websites are not receiving any clicks from several hours now; i tried changing all possible settings, but to no avail. I still receive points from my viewers though.
What could the issue be?

Frequency Capping works fine

It is good ,may I ask if there are any sugestions about Frequency Capping?
Usually I have to set the frequency value above 30 days or more(like the max value:4294967295), or I can't receive enough visitors and keeps a lot of points that unused every hour....

Why do you want NO ONE return to your site?
If 1000v go to you site every day but no one reuturn next day (example) that is little suspect, any of this visitor like this site to come back again?
And for ads 99% of page have a xIP per 24h

Answering your question...
Yes you can recive max IP on the system (like 7.000.000)
But keep in mind when more visits send, less visits you will get because less "viewer sessions" can visits your site
