Not getting hits

Hey ,
I am running 9 websites , in that i am getting hits only to 4 websites only .
Can anyone say whats the wrong in it.
The remaining 5 websites are same as 4 websites , as all are cloned from 1.

Did you set MaxHits on your site, please note that if you use max hits option, your site will stop receiving hits when it is reached max hits that you set. so you if you use this option, you may consider to set it to zero to reset, and try to use hourly limit instead !

No i didnt used that option , The error is website is waiting for approval

I am getting that error , Kindly solve this,

Some info about website:
Capping - Unlimited
User state -Running
System State - Approved
Hourly Limit - I have fixed this from 07:00 to 23:00(Server time)
CPU - 0%

Problem: it showing as running but not getting hits
Error: You can not change this website until it get approved (it coming when i try to edit website)


NOte: i am not able to upload the Screeshot,
