New GEO targeting option and the change about deducting points rate!

Hi, you can now GEO targeting by continent, please have a look at the "Add Website" page.

On the last update, we deducting the earning rate of the bad viewer and add options to filter that.
Now, for the users who allow slow connection/performance, you are now paying for a lower rate of points.
There is also a new level of filter bad viewers called "Rejected". It is applied to the viewers which have extremely slow connection or performance. With rejected viewers, earning rate will be zero. So please consider the number of sessions you run on a single machine.

It is still run but would not be counting on 9Hits. It is not auto change IP. most of reject case is performance, not IP quality.

If we Use 9hitproxy wich he Use Random Ssh working

But When i Realize that 10 of ssh proxies are Rejected
is Not My Fault ..

what i want To clarify
Let the 9hits programe use The best Quality of ssh
