Hi, please download correct version (32/64 bit). Also, The error seem the viewer has corrupted (while you downloading, or your computer has virus), or may be your antivirus has blocked the viewer.
Please have a look !

Hi, what is the version of your windows. Could you please try to download the patch only, then extract to the viewer folder and try to run it. It's not about your chrome. Do you have skype, please pm me for easy talk.

I am using windows 10. I have use the patch but it still the same.
