9hmultiss in windows don't start webview

Hi everyone,
I'm a free member and I test the 9hviewer in Windows and work OK with or with proxy for one sesion

I open and test the 9hmultiss with the suggest configuration in some topics in the blog and after RUN, the status don't change from "Starting viewer" using the 9Hits proxy. I test with 10, 5, 2 & 1 sesions and the behavior is similar.

We apreciate suggest for make work the 9hmultiss correctly.

when i faced this issue i deleted 9hits traffic exchange folder and re-installed it, it worked for me
