and did You see that if im using p9hits No Proxy with Youtube i can get views ?

Hi, normally, one IP can view your site multiple times. If you want to set how long the same IP can visit your site again. so use Frequency Capping. For example set Frequency Capping = 86400 (1 day). It's mean every IP can only visit your site one per day.
